We hope you love your purchase, but if you are unhappy for any reason, we'll gladly accept a return of any full priced items for a refund within 14 days of receiving purchase. Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, returns will be issued in the form of store credit. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags attached
- Any item that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back
-Items must be returned with original receipt. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer
-Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.
-All jewelry and sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for store credit

Repackage your items and don't forget to include the form!
Once your return has been received, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund be processed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit, you will need to contact USPS for that!
